Graduate Program in Medicine (Internal Medicine), Medical School of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo.

The University of São Paulo has graduate programs in all fields of knowledge. They offer Master’s and Ph.D. degrees and their objective is to form highly qualified human resources for teaching, research and scientific and technological development.

Our program in internal medicine is traditional, one of the first in this field in Brazil, well-structured and very well ranked.

CAPES, that is part of the Brazil Department of Education (Ministério da Educação), rates graduate programs all over Brazil every 4 year. The rating system has five categories, from grade 3 to 7. The highest grades, 6 and 7, are considered distinction (excellence). In almost all evaluations in the last decades, our program achieved level 6, which is the current ranking. Therefore, it is a distinction program in Brazil with international profile and research of excellence.
